May Shoebox Swap
The top picture from back left is the Santa Treat boxn Candee made and brought for everyone to make with the Stampin Up Petal Die.
The Christmas tree next to that was made by Donna. It is a combination Sizzix Christmas tree die and it also has the embossing folder with that. You cut out the tree then emboss it and then she had us rub a StazOn Chalk pad across the top. We used red Stickles for one of the embossed words on the tree and then gold Stickles for the star at the top. We used a hole punch and put ribbon on that and it is a tag/tree ornament. This would make a great Christmas ornament or tag.
The lower left picture is the medallion stamp from Stampin Up with a circle punch punched out in the center of that and you put this circle inside the card and add a pearl.
The card to the right of that is a flower pot card. We used Kraft paper and a border punch for that and trimmed it to size and sponged the edges. Tie the ribbon around that to keep it closed. We added flowers to the piece inside the 'pot' that you pull up out of the pot where your greeting would be. Nice card or gift card holder.
The bottom picture---front right card is one stamp and you stamp off---ink the stamp, stamp onto the card stock, then stamp again--without inking it again---trim that piece and put it on your card front add ribbon and a tag and that is done--very quick and easy.
To the left of this is the Tri-Shutter card made by our newest member Elizabeth. I was going to make this at our card club on Friday but she beat me to the punch. Still going to make it though for those who didn't get to come to the Swap.
IThe last card in the back is the blue card. This is a "pop" up card. Again this card was very simple and it has a big impact. Thank you ladies for such good projects and a fun time!
Thanks Candee for putting this on your blog. I borrowed it so I didn't have to take the pics. Been busy making things for Friday's club.
