1. You can emboss the cardstock with an embossing folder or a texture plate. Then sand the embossed part to show off the underneath color.
2. You can also tear the edge to show off the core or simply sand the edges.
3. You can use your Simply Scored scoring tool or diagonal plate to create a pattern and then sand the raised scored lines.
4. Pull out your old Stampin' Up! Crimper and crimp it.
5. Crinkle the paper by hand: wad up the paper, smooth it out, and sand the ridges.
6. Put chipboard words or images under the card stock and then sanded top of cardstock by pressing down. This is like dry embossing. It will reveal the pattern of the chipboard.
