About me

Well...here I go.  I have never blogged before, but decided to start now.

My name is Cindy and I would like to tell you a little about myself.  I live in North Carolina and love it.  I consider myself still a newbie in the NC area although I have lived here almost two years.  Seems like I have been a nomad for the last 6 years.  Before moving to NC, I lived in Orlando for two years and due to unfortunate events, I had to get out of there.  Ok, so where else did I live.  I lived in Massachusetts for 2 years before that.  Yea, it seems like I stay somewhere only two years, but that is not true.  I lived in the Memphis, TN area for 45 years.  Well I'm here to stay, North Carolina felt like home from day one and I have no intentions of leaving.

I worked for FedEx building their Human Resource systems for 20 years.  I took early retirement and began spending more time being involved in crafts and I love it.  About two years ago, I seriously decided to begin scrapbooking and met some great ladies who go me into card making and stamping.  To support my habit (I think I have enough paper, stamps, ink, etc. to make cards for the entire population of Clayton), I became  a Stampin' Up! demonstrator. I love sharing and teaching and unleashing the creativity hidden inside of some of us and hope this blog with help me achieve this goal.
