Easter Basket
Here's the Easter Basket we made during the Shoebox Swap.
Score as shown above and cut along your score lines
as shown. Cut from the 4 1/2 inch side up to the score line on both ends,
creating 3 tabs of equal length and width.
Fold basket on all score
lines and fold together as shown. Holding tabs in place on one end, punch
through all three layers. Do this on both sides.
The handle is 7 inches by
1/2 inch. punch a hole in each handle end as shown.
Put brad through all tabs
and through one handle end and fasten by folding brad tines back. Do the same
on the other side and your basket is done! You can do all sorts of things to
decorate. Mine are really simple, because I wanted to demonstrate a quick and
easy project. When you use designer series paper and designer brads that
coordinate it's really easy to create a WOW factor with your simple
projects.
